Climb to the Top of Laojun Pavilion to Overlook Mount Qingcheng
Laojun Pavilion is located at the top of Pengzu Peak, the main peak of Mount Qingcheng, with an altitude of 1,260 meters. It is the iconic commanding height of the Mount Qingcheng Scenic Area. The building is an archaic six-story tower with upturned eaves, carved beams and painted rafters. Its overall main color scheme is dark brown and vermilion, and Taoist cultural elements can be seen everywhere. A large seated statue of Taishang Laojun is enshrined in the pavilion. After climbing to the top, you can overlook the continuous green mountains and forests of Mount Qingcheng. On sunny days, you can also gaze into the distance at the fertile scenery of the Chengdu Plain. It is a must-visit check-in spot for almost all tourists visiting Mount Qingcheng. On traditional Taoist festivals, relevant sacrificial and blessing activities are held here, with booming incense burning and a strong cultural atmosphere. The attraction does not sell separate tickets, and the cost is included in the entrance ticket of the Front Mountain Scenic Area of Mount Qingcheng.

Chengdu Ebony Art Museum
Chengdu Ebony Art Museum is the first private themed museum in China focusing on the protection, exhibition and dissemination of ebony (sunken wood) culture. The museum has a collection of nearly 1,000 pieces of precious raw ebony unearthed from the Minjiang River, Tuojiang River and other basins in Sichuan, ebony specimens of different eras, and exquisite ebony carvings created by domestic woodcarving masters. The exhibition hall is also equipped with a popular science exhibition area for ebony formation and an ebony art creation experience area, which not only allows visitors to intuitively understand the whole process of ebony formation after thousands or even tens of thousands of years of carbonization, but also allows them to deeply feel the superb craftsmanship of Sichuan's local traditional woodcarving skills.
